Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM)
Optical Microscope
Microscopes are instruments to view objects that are too small to be seen by the naked. Microscopy has evolved with the instrumental evolution for imaging using different physical principles. Optical microscopes are the simplest and most widely used; they employ refractive lenses to focus light into the eye or another light detector; their typical magnification is up to 1500x with a resolution of around 2 µm.
